The price match must be requested at the time of booking, before your deposit is processed. Once a deposit is submitted, pricing is locked in and cannot be adjusted. 11. Is a deposit required, and is it refundable?
Yes, all rentals require a deposit of 30% to 100% depending on the size of the event. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled event date within 30 days if you need to move your party. The one exception is our weather policy, which allows Saturday events to be rescheduled with notice by Wednesday at noon and Sunday events by Thursday at noon.

We handle everything from door to done. A few days before your event, we'll give you a 3 to 5 hour delivery window so you know when to expect us. On the day of delivery, our crew arrives, assesses your setup location, places the equipment exactly where you want it, inflates and anchors everything securely, and does a full safety and functionality check before leaving. For Saturday events, we often deliver on Friday at no extra charge so the equipment is ready and waiting when you wake up the morning of your party. After your event, we return and take everything down — you don't lift a finger.
13. What do I need to prepare before your crew arrives?
A few simple things make the setup go smoothly for everyone. Please make sure the setup area is mowed and clear of debris and pet waste before we arrive — our crew cannot set up safely on a cluttered surface. Ensure there's a clear path at least 3 feet wide for equipment transport, including unlocked gate access to your yard. For inflatables, have an electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup location — the blower needs to run continuously to keep the inflatable filled. Our crew sets up the slide, connects the water line, inflates everything, and does a full safety check before leaving your property. 26. What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
We offer one of the most flexible weather policies in the Western MA party rental industry because we understand that New England weather is unpredictable. If rain is in the forecast, you may reschedule: for Saturday events, notify us by Wednesday at noon; for Sunday events, notify us by Thursday at noon. Your deposit will be fully applied to a new available date within 30 days. If your equipment has already been loaded onto our delivery trucks when you request a cancellation, the rental is considered active and cannot be refunded — but we monitor forecasts and communicate proactively with customers facing uncertain weather. Many of our inflatables have built-in roofs that handle light rain without any issue at all.
27. What happens if there's a problem with the rental equipment during my event?
